What I Play

Always the question: “So, what do you play?” I’m pleased to say that I have a fairly deep catalog of songs to draw from in order to match the mood of a venue and crowd. I play essentially classic acoustic rock with a smattering of traditional and contemporary Irish songs (or more than a smattering, depending on the season). My selections here are certainly influenced by my listening choices over the years.

Songs on the Irish Side

I began learning Irish folk songs in preparation for a trip I took to Ireland some years ago. I fell in love with the land and have been picking up songs ever since; the fun drinking songs, the angry protest songs, the love songs, and songs of missing home.
